Here's the list of emails and a brief explanation of their use:

  • Donations - Master
    Used on: https://doglobalgood.org/donate/give
    When someone donates this is the primary 'Thank You' email that is sent. It has a place in it to add extra text per donation area (via the Donation Admin). But only for single donations, as Monthly Donations get a different email, they don't get both.
    It will also BCC: 'foundation@woccu.org'
  • Donations - Monthly Signup
    Used on: https://doglobalgood.org/donate/give
    When someone donates this is the primary 'Thank You' email that is sent. It will also contain their user/pass for their account. It will not include the extra text from the Donation Admin. 
    It will also send a duplicate to: 'foundation@woccu.org' but with their password removed.
  • Donations - Monthly Expiring
    Used in cron job: donations/monthly.donations.php
    After the system executes a monthly donation, If it was successful, it checks to see if the credit card will expire the next month. If it's expiration date is next month it will send this email.
  • Donations - Monthly Failure
    Used in cron job: donations/monthly.donations.php
    If a card fails when attempting to charge it, the system sends the account holder an alert Stripe sent back to us. It is also BCC'ed to: 'webmaster@woccu.org', 'foundation@woccu.org' for follow-up.
  • Field Notes
    Used in the Blog Admin: https://central.woccu.org/apps/blog/index.php?area=blog&blog_id=23
    In the Blog Admin, you can auto-queue a mass mail to subscribers. It will take the information in the post an add this email wrapper to it and send it out.
  • Global Good Card - Millennial Mindset
    Used on: http://doglobalgood.org/globalgoodcard
    When someone requests a download of the Millennial Mindset PDF
    It will also BCC: 'mreuter@woccu.org', 'lperson@woccu.org', 'darrencoreilly@gmail.com' - Alerting them to the person's name
  • Global Good Card - Starter Kit
    Used on: http://doglobalgood.org/globalgoodcard
    When someone requests a download of the Starter Kit PDF
    It will also BCC: 'mreuter@woccu.org', 'lperson@woccu.org', 'darrencoreilly@gmail.com' - Alerting them to the person's name
  • Monthly Subscription - Year Review
    Used in cron job: donations/reciepts.eoy.php
    Uses central.woccu.org/apps/crm/classes/class.renewalForm_v2.php (Not Public)
    On January 4th at 8am, this will send a receipt to all the monthly donors of the year specified in Server Settings - Monthly Given Receipt Year (currently 2021)
  • Receipt Email
    Used in Moves Management - Renewal Status - Given In.
    https://central.woccu.org/apps/moves_management/renewal_status_v2.php 
    File is actually in Donation Admin but not accessible there.
    Uses central.woccu.org/apps/crm/classes/class.renewalForm_v2.php
    Works like Year Review but is sent per request.
  • Renewal Email
    Used in Moves Management - Renewal Status - Ask For & CRM Contact.
    https://central.woccu.org/apps/moves_management/renewal_status_v2.php 
    File is actually in Donation Admin but not accessible there.
    Uses central.woccu.org/apps/crm/classes/class.renewalForm_v2.php
    Loads an email with the current Ask For amounts.
  • Stripe - Charge Insert
    Stripe - Charge Refunded
    Stripe - Deposit Dates
    Used in Stripe Webhook: central.woccu.org/data/stripe.php (Not Public)
    If a charge happens outside of our own systems and is inserted into the CRM, this lets anyone in the category code 'Stripe Webhooks' know about the update.
  • Stripe - Receipt
    Used in CRM - Stripe Reporting
    https://central.woccu.org/apps/crm/stripe_report.php 
    When a charge is refunded via the CRM, this email comes up to then inform the donor.
  • Subscribe Confirm - WF
    Used on https://doglobalgood.org/contact and 
    https://www.woccu.org/contact/subscribe (in special mode)
    This is the subscription verification for our system to know someone opt's into our mass mails. This one is specific for WF
