Printing the Employee Directory from Central
The first time you print the Employee Directory Print View - you'll need to configure a few things to make it print properly.
Choose your favorite internet surfing program... or scroll down to find the specific instructions for your browser of choice!
- Google Chrome (easiest to setup to print)
- Firefox
Google Chrome
- Login to https://central.woccu.org
- Click "Employee Directory" in your header bar
- Click "Printable List" in the upper-left part of the screen
- press CTRL+P
Or, click the menu button (upper right just under the "Close Window" X) - Select Landscape under Layout
- Check the Background colors and images box under Options
- Uncheck Headers and Footers box under Options
Firefox
- Login to https://central.woccu.org
- Click "Employee Directory" in your header bar
- Click "Printable List" in the upper-left part of the screen
- Click File menu
- Click Print
- Click Page Setup
- Under Format & Options tab check the boxes for:
- Landscape orientation
- Shrink to Fit Page Width and
- Check the Print Background Images
- OPTIONAL - Remove Header/Footer
- Click the Margins & Header/ Footer tab
- Set pull downs to --blank-- (all 6 options)
