Printing the Employee Directory from Central

The first time you print the Employee Directory Print View - you'll need to configure a few things to make it print properly.

Google Chrome

  1. Login to https://central.woccu.org
  2. Click "Employee Directory" in your header bar
  3. Click "Printable List" in the upper-left part of the screen
  4. press CTRL+P
    Or, click the menu button (upper right just under the "Close Window" X)
  5. Select Landscape under Layout
  6. Check the Background colors and images box under Options
  7. Uncheck Headers and Footers box under Options

Firefox

  1. Login to https://central.woccu.org
  2. Click "Employee Directory" in your header bar
  3. Click "Printable List" in the upper-left part of the screen
  4. Click File menu
  5. Click Print
  6. Click Page Setup
  7. Under Format & Options tab check the boxes for:
    1. Landscape orientation
    2. Shrink to Fit Page Width and
    3. Check the Print Background Images
  8. OPTIONAL - Remove Header/Footer
    1. Click the Margins & Header/ Footer tab
    2. Set pull downs to --blank-- (all 6 options)
